Ariocarpus confusus details
The Ariocarpus confusus taxon was erected by Halda & Horacek (1998) to describe the plants native to a number of locations around the Aramberri region. Individual Ariocarpus confusus plants can have different body and flower appearances.
Ariocarpus plants belonging to the confusus species can resemble either the retusus or the trigonus form and are distinguished by their flower colors which can vary from magenta to white. Sometimes even flowers with two colors are found.
