Shipping rates and Policies
CactusPlaza takes great care in shipping your plants and seeds
At CactusPlaza each order will be treated with the greatest care. We ship your order very well protected (with high quality packaging materials) to protect the items from low temperatures and shocks. Your plants will be shipped bare root (no soil) to prevent damage during transport. Both plants and seeds are shipped through a reliable postal service (TNT Post).
Plant orders or combined orders will be shipped with TNT through insured registered mail. On the outside of the box only your adress will be presented on a label. So you can surprise a friend with a nice and discrete package.
Orders are shipped after receiving payment Shipping time is usually 1-2 weeks depending on your country.
If you are for a reason not happy with an item please contact us. There is always a possibility for shipping the item back and to receive a substitute or refund. Please contact us if you have any further questions about shipping & handling or bank information for payment.
Sorry, we can not ship plants outside the European Union
Seeds can be shipped worldwide
When plants are shipped outside the European Union, certain customs papers are needed. Because of the high costs involved in getting those Phytosanitary and CITES certificates and because of the time it takes to get them, we can not ship plants outside the European Union.

Some parcels are very heavy (soil,grit,clay) and shipping costs are not always covered by the price calculated in the shop system. We might contact you if needed when additional transportation costs are involved.
