Harrisia (Eriocereus) are trailing and climbing cacti. They are native to Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. Flowers are usually white. Harrisia can be cultivated in normal cactus soil. A minimum temperature of 10 °C is required. Propagation is done from seeds and cuttings. Harrisia jusbertii is one of the best stocks for grafting slower growing cacti.
